Christian Aid in Nigeria seeks an experienced manager to develop and manage its “business systems”. This role will be responsible for the development of human resource management systems including a framework for learning and development in addition to administration and information management systems, logistics, security management and IT functionality within the Nigeria programme.
This is a senior position. The post-holder will take forward these areas in the Nigeria programme in collaboration with other staff from Christian Aid in the UK and across Africa. The role may involve support to CA offices in Ghana and Sierra Leone.
The successful candidate will be a HR or office management specialist, with HR or management qualifications to degree level and significant practical experience.
